Purpose: Heritage Sensitization

Some history is taught to us.

But for most of us, we can’t claim to know much about our  heritage artifacts, sites, monuments, pieces of art and literature, national parks and the like. Nor do we seem to know be aware of elements of heritage like customs, traditions, food, health systems….and more.

We seem to have heritage and history all around us. Yet we are disconnected. Our aim is to help children and young adults ‘see’ the heritage around them. It is the age of information. Can we spark an interest, so they begin to seek answers? We trust in their ability to make connections to their present lives. Who knows what magic awaits us…
